Universal Construction Services is a family owned and operated construction company located in East Tennessee. UCS was founded by minority owner, Leanna Milton, in 2013. Since then, Leanna and her family have grown UCS into a full service construction company. Her husband, Reece Milton, Director of Operations, holds the general contracting license for UCS and is recognized as a National General Contractor (NASCLA Certified) with over 35 years of construction experience. 

Their daughter, Marissa Milton, graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design, with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Interior Design. Marissa is in charge of all interior and exterior designs for the company, while their son, Blake Milton, is attending The University of Tennessee and is majoring in Business and Construction/Project Management. Dwayne Cook, Director of Construction, has over 36 years of construction experience and specializes in ensuring that all UCS projects are built on budget while maintaining quality control and attention to detail.

Combined, the team has over 98 years in the construction, management and design industry. Universal Construction Services has emerged as a leading General Contractor and has gained respect for construction and project management in light and heavy construction within the industry.

We have played a part in construction projects from as simple as small ADA modifications to Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), ground up and remodels, municipal buildings and multifamily multi-million dollar site and construction design and development.
